Custom Framing
Our framing is meticulously made-to-order with top-quality materials for archival standards.

• As they are made to order they are non-refundable or returnable.
• They include free Australia wide shipping.

Final Frame Dimensions:
The final dimensions of your framed artwork will be larger than the selected print size due to the addition of your chosen mat board/frame. For example, an A4 print with a 5cm mat and frame will result in a finished piece larger than A4.

Our Prints
Our museum-quality Fine Art Prints are printed to order on a premium quality heavyweight (200gsm), lightly textured paper. They feature rich blacks and spectacular colour, all executed with a beautiful smooth finish.

Please note:

• Any blemishes, cracks, fading, yellowing and canvas or paper texture visible on an original vintage piece will also be present on the finished print.
• Unframed prints come rolled.
• Crops vary based on the size ordered ie a 14"x11" print will not have the same crop as an A2.

We love our planet so it's important to us that we have eco credentials:

• FSC approved or sustainably sourced paper 
• Printed using water based inks 
• Local fulfilment reduces carbon emissions
• Contains no plastic.

All our prints are printed and shipped on-demand by our global production partners. Orders placed before 1pm AEST begin processing the same business day.

• Prints: Processed in 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
  
• Delivery: Includes processing, printing and shipping, most orders arrive within 4–10 business days (Mon–Fri).
  
• Custom Framed Prints: Available within Australia only and typically processed & delivered within 9-14 business days (Mon–Fri) depending on the time of year.

You can email us photos of your space for a free design consult.

To make sure the size is right, try cutting a piece of paper to your chosen dimensions and placing it on the wall for reference.

Returns

• Unframed prints: Can be returned within 30 days of delivery. You’ll just need to cover return postage. Please contact us at hello@pictured.art before returning your item.
  
• Framed prints: These are custom-made and cannot be returned.
  
• If your framed print arrives damaged, contact us at hello@pictured.art and we’ll fix the issue right away.
