Returns

Hello! We want you to love your Pictured print.

Prints: If your print isn’t quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please make sure it’s in brand-new condition and in the original packaging. You’ll be responsible for return postage, and we recommend using a secure delivery method so your print stays safe.

Framed Prints & Wallpaper Murals: Because these items are made-to-order just for you, they cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Items: If your print arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Contact us at hello@pictured.art with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds & Store Credit:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • If you prefer store credit, we’ll send you a discount code via email that you can use on any future purchase.

Change of Mind: We totally get it – sometimes a print just doesn’t fit your space. Remember, this is only valid for prints, not framed prints or murals, and each order can only be returned once under our change-of-mind policy.

EU Customers: If your order ships to the European Union, you’re protected by a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you can return your items for any reason, as long as they’re unused and in the original packaging.
