Our framing is meticulously made-to-order with top-quality materials for archival standards.

• They include free Australia wide shipping.

Our Prints
Our museum-quality Fine Art Prints are printed to order on a premium quality heavyweight (200gsm), lightly textured paper. They feature rich blacks and spectacular colour, all executed with a beautiful smooth finish.

Please note:

• Any blemishes, cracks, fading, yellowing and canvas or paper texture visible on an original vintage piece will also be present on the finished print.
• Unframed prints come rolled.
• Crops vary based on the size ordered ie a 14"x11" print will not have the same crop as an A2.

We love our planet so it's important to us that we have eco credentials:

• FSC approved or sustainably sourced paper 
• Printed using water based inks 
• Local fulfilment reduces carbon emissions
• Contains no plastic.

Our print products are printed and shipped on demand globally. Delivery time includes us receiving your order, production and delivery. Delivery times range from 5-10 days for locally produced print products and 7-12 days for long distance shipping.

Our custom framed prints are only available within Australia and ship within 2-3 weeks depending on the time of year.

All shipping is free and tracked for your convenience.

Change of Mind
We recommend taking your time to select the perfect print for your space – or feel free to ask us for advice if you would like a second opinion! Send us a pic of your space and we will give you a free design consult.

Similarly, please ensure you measure up carefully. A great trick is to cut a sheet of paper to the exact size of print that you're considering and blue-tack it to the wall. This will give you a really good sense of how the print will look in your space.

Returns and Return Eligibility
All framed prints are made-to-order and as such are non-refundable or returnable.

If your framed print is damaged upon arrival please contact us by email at hello@pictured.art so we can fix the problem.

If you wish to return an unframed print, please post it back to us within 14 days of the date on which you received it. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you wish to proceed with a return, please contact us by email at hello@pictured.art
