Shipping Cost
All our Shipping is Free of Charge.
- We ship our Australian made framed art within Australia for free.
- All prints ship globally for free.
- All wallpapers ship globally for free.
Order Cut-Off & Processing

Orders placed before 1pm AEST (Monday–Friday) will start processing the same day.

Standard Prints: Usually take 2–4 business days to process.

Custom Framed Prints & Wallpaper Murals: Typically 5–10 business days to process, depending on the season.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product you order and the country it ships from. The times below include processing, printing, and shipping:

Standard Prints: Usually arrive within 4–10 business days (Monday–Friday).

Prints with Hangers: Take up to 14 business days due to additional finishing and international shipping.

Custom Framed Prints: Typically 9–14 business days to produce and ship (Monday–Friday). This service is only available in Australia.

Wallpaper Murals: Made-to-order and shipped 5–10 business days after you approve the final artwork.
All orders include free tracked shipping, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods (like holidays) or due to customs processing for international orders.

Prints are printed on-demand by our trusted partners close to your location to reduce delivery times, carbon emissions, and support local businesses.

Wallpapers & Prints: Shipped via Australia Post.

Framed Prints (Australia only): Shipped via courier to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We take pride in our products! If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@pictured.art within 15 days with:

A description of the issue.

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We’ll replace your item free of charge.
Duties & Fees
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to duties, taxes, or fees. Pictured is not responsible for these charges, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
